SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to receive my order?
Your pebbl will be delivered at your doorstep in 10-12 days!
Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet. But we’re working on it!
What are the shipping fees?
We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1000. Cart values lower than ₹1000 have a shipping cost of ₹50.
Can I track my package?
Yes! You will receive the tracking ID once your pebbl is shipped.
What should I do if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect products indicated to us within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or colour?
We offer one free size exchange for clothing items and NO exchanges for bags and accessories
How long does it take to process a return or exchange?
We take 5-7days after receiving the product and approving quality check to initiate an exchange/return.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Reach out to us at pebblcustomerservice@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving a damaged product and we will assist you with an exchange/return
Can I change my order after placing it?
Yes, changes are possible to your order prior to the order being dispatched. Once the order is shipped no changes can be made.
What if the product is faulty?
In case of defective, damaged or faulty products you are eligible for a returns/refunds/exchanges. Refer to our Refund policy for details

Can you provide more details about the materials used?
We use vegan and animal friendly materials to make our products. We also work with production scraps and upcycled fabrics to create some of our products. Our lining materials are polycotton.
Do you offer customization options?

How do I care for and maintain the products?
We recommend following the individual washcare provided for the products.
