Cancellation policy

Pre-paid orders cannot be cancelled.

We only accept returns/exchanges incase of manufacturing defects, incorrect product/s received or delivery fraud.

Please ensure you take an unboxing video of your package from cutting open the seal to product for any claims/refunds. This helps us ensure swift action from our end.
