Our Promise to You
If your bag arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, we'll sort it immediately.
Received the wrong item? We'll replace it fast.
How to claim: Simply record an unboxing video when your order arrives. This protects you and helps us resolve issues instantly. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pebblcustomerservice@gmail.com.
As each bag is handcrafted and made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind, but we always go above and beyond for genuine issues.
Important: Unboxing video of the package is required for all return requests.
EXCHANGES
We offer one exchange per clothing item for sizing issues. If the exchanged size still doesn't work, we'll arrange a return pickup and refund you (minus ₹250 return shipping, adjusted from your refund amount).
We offer one exchange on our bags and accessories in case you receive a defective/damaged/incorrect product.
REFUNDS
Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, your return/exchange request will be cancelled.
After your order has been picked up, it takes 5-7 business days to reach our warehouse. Upon reaching our warehouse, the package goes through quality check and then a refund/exchange is approved.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

CANCELLATIONS
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the order may not be cancelled for any reason, including change of mind.
Exceptions:
• If an item is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., due to stock issues or pricing errors). In such cases, you will receive notification and a full refund.
