Dispatch Time
All products will be delivered within 5-8 business days after your order is placed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link that allows you to track your order in real-time.
Shipping Partner
We use a third-party shipping partner to deliver your orders. This ensures reliable and timely delivery of your products.
Once an order has been shipped, any delays and discrepancies in delivery are beyond our control as they depend on the courier partner’s timelines and processes.
Once dispatched, an order cannot be updated or cancelled.
Tracking Your Order
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email with a live tracking link. You can use this link to monitor the status and location of your order until it reaches you.
Delivery Issues
In case of loss of package or any delivery or shipping-related issue, please reach out to us immediately at pebblcustomerservice@gmail.com. We will work with our shipping partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please ensure you have an unboxing video from cutting open the seal to product for any claims.
Delivery will be attempted thrice by the courier partner. If the courier partner is unable to deliver the package in three attempts, the package will be returned to us. In case you wish for the package to be re-delivered, please email us at pebblcustomerservice@gmail.com requesting for a re-delivery. Redelivery of the package will be done at an additional shipping cost as per location.
